David Pesce explaining an idea at a whiteboard

Your team could have a few hours a week back. We'll show them how.

We help established businesses put AI to work: training your team, deciding what to do first, and connecting and automating the systems you run. If AI won't help with something, we'll say so.

Training and workshops

In most companies, one or two people use AI well and everyone else doesn't. Our workshops change that by having the whole team use AI on their own work, not on generic demos.

We teach the tools your team already has: Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini. Where you have a choice, we favor Anthropic's Claude, and the same approach works with any of them.

Workshops run over video call, so we work with companies anywhere. In-person sessions are available for an additional fee. Each workshop leaves behind shared instructions anyone can reuse, and check-in calls in the weeks after help the skills stick.

From $2,000 for a remote half-day workshop, including an intake call, tailoring to your team's work, and check-in calls afterward. For ongoing help, regular check-ins are available on a monthly retainer.

Teaching a team a new tool is the work I know best.

I've spent 25 years in learning and training, designing courses and helping organizations teach their people. AI is a new tool, and our workshops work the way good training does: hands-on, using your team's real work, with practice afterward.

Advice on where to start

It usually starts with a video call with you and the key people in your business. We look at how work moves through your company and give you a short, plain list: what's worth handing to AI, what isn't, and in what order. It's yours to act on whether or not we do the work.

$750 for the call and the written list, credited toward a workshop if you book one.

Where should we start?

With the work your team repeats every week and dislikes most. It's usually where the hours come back first.

Do we need to buy new software?

Often not. Tools you already pay for may include AI features worth turning on, and some of your staff may already use AI through their own accounts. We start with what's already there.

Is our data safe if we use AI?

It depends on the tool and how it's set up. We'll tell you which options keep your data private, including ones that run on your own systems, and help you agree on which tools staff should use for company work.

What if AI isn't the answer?

Then we'll say so. Sometimes a simpler fix is better, and it's cheaper too.

Integrations and automation

Most of the hours your team gets back come from connecting the systems you already run, so information moves between them on its own. Those connections have to work every day, so we build them with the checks and fallbacks real business processes need.

Connecting the systems you already run

  • Keeping customer, order, or staff records the same across systems
  • Moving information from one system into another without anyone retyping it
  • Starting work in one system the moment something changes in another
  • Connecting your tools to the platforms your customers and partners use

Multi-step work, start to finish

  • Workflows that span several systems and run on a schedule or a trigger
  • AI steps for reading, sorting, and drafting where they help
  • Approval steps, so a person signs off where it matters
  • Retries, alerts, and fallbacks, so a failure is noticed and nothing is lost

What it looks like in practice

Help desk triage. Tickets reach the right person faster, with a reply already drafted.

  1. A ticket arrivesBy email or a web form.
  2. AI reads and sorts itBy topic and urgency, and drafts a reply from your own help articles.
  3. An agent reviews and sendsA person stays in charge of every answer.
  4. If the AI isn't sureThe ticket goes straight to a person, unsorted. Nothing is guessed.

New sales leads. Leads get a thoughtful reply the same day, without anyone starting from a blank page.

  1. A lead comes inFrom your website, an email, or a trade show list.
  2. AI looks them upFrom what they sent and public information about their company, then summarizes who they are and drafts a first reply.
  3. A salesperson reviews and sendsThe lead is logged in your CRM with the summary attached.
  4. If it's unclear or a poor fitNothing is sent automatically. The lead goes to a person as-is.

HR policy questions. Employees get answers sooner, and HR only handles what needs a person.

  1. An employee asks a questionAbout time off, benefits, or a policy, by email or the help desk.
  2. AI finds the answerIn your handbook and policies, which it can read but not change, and drafts a reply that cites the section.
  3. HR reviews and sendsOne click when the draft is right.
  4. If it's sensitive or not coveredPay, medical, or personal matters, and anything the handbook doesn't answer, go straight to a person.

HR and training systems. New hires are cleared to start as soon as their training is done, with no AI involved.

  1. A new hire is addedIn your HR system, with their role and start date.
  2. Their training is assignedThey're enrolled in the courses their role requires, without anyone doing it by hand.
  3. Completion clears them to workFinished courses are recorded back in the HR system, which authorizes them to start.
  4. If something doesn't matchNobody is cleared by mistake. A person is alerted with exactly what's missing.
